At Floraïku, we want you to be delighted with your fragrance experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. To ensure your complete satisfaction, every full-size fragrance order includes a matching sample for you to test before opening the sealed box.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Ensure the fragrance remains in its original cellophane-wrapped box; place it securely in the original shipping carton along with any promotional gifts.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item to confirm it is unopened, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
